Oral Presentation Guidelines

Speaker Requirements Form
All oral presenters will need to complete the online speaker requirements form before Friday 16 January 2026. Please view your speaker requirements email to get the link for this online form. If you have any issues, please contact the conference secretariat on anzgsconference@conceptevents.com.au.

Speaker PPT
There is no set powerpoint that speakers are required to use for their presentation but they must be in 16:9 format.

 Poster Presentation Information

Poster presenters have been sent information on the poster number and full guidelines.  These are also summarised below.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster display times
Set up: Friday 13 February 10.00am – 10.45am
Pack down: Sunday 15 February 3.00pm or can be done during lunch 12.30 – 13.30pm

Poster authors are asked to be present at their poster for the lunches during Friday & Saturday at minimum.
