Accommodation

Accommodation can be booked on the registration form when open. Booking Deadline: 15 January 2027. Hurry rooms are limited.

The Meeting Organisers have secured rooms at the congress venue with favourable rates exclusively for attendees of the congress. By booking your accommodation as part of your on-line registration, you can lock in the rate and secure your accommodation.

You will be required to provide a credit card as security to hold the room and payment is organised direct with the hotel dependent on their conditions for charging for the stay.

Payment Conditions:	Credits cards must be provided at the time of booking to secure the room/s. Full pre-payment of booking is taken from individual guest credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival; however, should guests wish to prepay, they are welcome to contact the Conference Secretariat to arrange this.
Cancellation Policy:	100% of the accommodation charges will apply for any rooms cancelled within 30 days of arrival including no shows. Cancellation of accommodation must be submitted in writing to the Convention Secretariat.
